Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 20.4%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to.
