Hi all, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 16.2%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a small town city with about 3,589 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
