Been living here since 2017. Median household income is $121,687, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. Any help is appreciated. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
