Unpopular opinion about Pike Road

Curious what people think. I'm a 40-year-old contractor and Household incomes average around $121,687 in Pike Road. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for work and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The housing market is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
