Cheapest neighborhoods in Pikesville?

Random thought, We're a young couple and It's a a smaller city city with about 34,253 people. Median household income is $97,218, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $97,218 in Pikesville. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 4 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
