Pikesville quality of life -am I missing something?

Hi all, Median household income is $97,218, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? Thanks!

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.
