Things Pikesville needs to improve

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and With a population of 34,253, Pikesville is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $404,100, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Minneapolis it's decent.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
