I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $41,923, which feels on the lower side for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up.
