Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $301,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Pikeville sits at 273.1 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
