I'm originally from Kansas City and Household incomes average around $79,128 in Pilot Point. With a population of 4,829, Pilot Point is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Salt Lake City it's solid.

I work in real estate here and it's exactly what I was looking for. The job market for my field is decent. Definitely worth checking out..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.
I've been here 2 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
