Living in Pine Air -the reality

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $56,705 in Pine Air. Crime rate is something to consider -Pine Air sits at 661.6 per 100K. Rent is about $1,205/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $277,700 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a electrician who relocated here from Atlanta about 12 years ago. The main reasons were school and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good healthcare facilities
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are reasonable, gas is underrated.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
