Co-working spaces in Pine Bluff?

Hey folks, Born and raised here. With a population of 40,436, Pine Bluff is a smaller city. Median household income is $41,250, which feels on the lower side for the area. Household incomes average around $41,250 in Pine Bluff. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much pricey but now it's improving.

I've lived in South for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Strong sense of community
- The food scene scene is decent

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Definitely worth checking out..
