Co-working spaces in Pine Bluff?

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $86,400 on average. Any advice would be great.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in The Heights. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in consulting. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Italian.

No regrets on my end..

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the East side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
