Considering Pine Bluff vs Cincinnati -help me decide
Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $86,400, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I've lived in Fairview for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons
- The community vibe scene is underrated
The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Far from beaches/mountains
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor recreation is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Cedar Grove area are challenging. Kids love it here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if food scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
