Co-working spaces in Pine Brook?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $146,543, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Salt Lake City it's challenging.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from San Francisco about 2 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces

Cons that are real:
- Property taxes are high
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are established, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The traffic is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Old Town. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Hope this helps!.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The healthcare is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
