Is Pine Castle a good place to live?

First post here. We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 10,429 people. Poverty rate is 16.6%, which is higher than I expected. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
