Moving to Pine Castle -what should I know?

Alright, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $286,900, which seems about average. Median household income is $46,154, which feels on the lower side for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Hope this helps!.
