Best industries in Pine Hill right now

Alright, I work in real estate and The unemployment rate is 5.9%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $182,200, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $68,725, which feels about average for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I've lived in Sunset for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Lots of new development happening
- The pet-friendliness scene is solid

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. Good luck with whatever you decide..
