Moving to Pine Hill for work -advice?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 5.9%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..
