Co-working spaces in Pine Hills?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 8.1%, which is concerning. Poverty rate is 16.3%, which is higher than I expected. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a writer, 38, moved here 2 years ago from New York. I've lived in The Heights and Sunset, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Cost of living is very reasonable
2. Lots of new development happening
3. Good airport with direct flights
4. The people are generally excellent - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Limited shopping options
2. Homeless population growing downtown
3. The nightlife situation is affordable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- The Heights: Great for singles. underrated vibes, walkable.
- Sunset: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from New York, everything felt hit or miss. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are stable. Gas is stable. You can live comfortably on $80K-$140K here.

**Final verdict:**
Would recommend to anyone considering it.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Miami it's surprisingly good.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
