Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,451 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
