Came here for school and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The dating scene is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'm a project manager and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
