Best apartments in Pine Ridge at Crestwood under ?

Hey, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $133,800, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
