Studio apartments in Pine Ridge CDP (Collier County) -options?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 50s, and The unemployment rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $3,079/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Pine Ridge CDP (Collier County)?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a chef who relocated here from Seattle about 2 years ago. The main reasons were weather and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are affordable, gas is underrated.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Feel free to reach out with questions..
