Couple moving to Pine Ridge from out of state

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 2,709, Pine Ridge is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,204 for rent here. Homes are going for about $218,500 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Does this match your experience? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
