Best and worst neighborhoods in Pine Ridge

Hello, You can expect to pay around $618 for rent here. Homes are going for about $45,000 on average. It's a a small town city with about 2,480 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Pine Hills. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in engineering. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

No regrets on my end..
