Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $267,100, which seems about average. Rent is about $833/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
