Best apartments in Pinehurst under ?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Pittsburgh it's hit or miss.

Moved here from Portland about 10 years ago. it's not perfect but it works for me. Still getting used to housing market but Definitely worth checking out..
