Curious what people think. Just moved here 8 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Pinehurst sits at 66.6 per 100K. The median home value here is around $423,300, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
