What's it really like living in Pinehurst?
OK so There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Chicago about 1 years ago. The main reasons were work and family.
Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- Affordable housing options
Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited high-paying job options
Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are pricey, gas is underrated.
Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Feel free to reach out with questions..
