I've been here for 1 years and Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Pinehurst sits at 385.0 per 100K. Homes are going for about $142,900 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
