Hey everyone, I'm originally from New York and Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Thanks for reading. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
