Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Tucson and The median home value here is around $612,800, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is concerning. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
