Thinking about relocating to Pinetop Country Club from Miami

Hi all, It's a a small town city with about 1,915 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
