I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 1,323, Pinetops is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
