Hello, We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 14,268 people. Household incomes average around $51,583 in Pineville. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? Cheers. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.
