Best industries in Pineville right now

Random thought, You can expect to pay around $876 for rent here. Rent is about $876/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I work in consulting here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is decent. Good luck with whatever you decide..

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in The Heights area are underrated. Kids love it here.
