Quick question about Pineville

Hey everyone, With a population of 14,268, Pineville is a small town. Rent is about $876/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
