First post here. My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Pineville sits at 748.2 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 10,780 people. Rent is about $1,467/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
