Curious what people think. It's a a small town city with about 10,780 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Pineville sits at 748.2 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,467 for rent here. Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
