Hey, I've been here for 20 years and Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 1,374 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
Pros:

- Walkable downtown
Cons:
- Cold winters
- Limited nightlife
- Sprawl everywhere
- Boring for young people
- Not enough green space
