Planning a move to Pingree Grove -neighborhoods?

Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Pingree Grove sits at 61.4 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do?

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Tampa it's surprisingly good.
