Is Pinole good for remote workers?

So, We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $2,738 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Dallas about 3 years ago. The main reasons were family and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good internet infrastructure
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are affordable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
