Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $194,300 on average. It's a a small town city with about 7,851 people. Household incomes average around $80,349 in Pinson. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
