Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $194,300 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Pinson? Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.
