Moving to Pinson with kids -good idea?

Random thought, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $194,300 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
