Best neighborhoods to rent in Pioneer?

Hello, Been living here since 2015. Homes are going for about $397,500 on average. With a population of 1,210, Pioneer is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Austin it's solid.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in East. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Indian.

No regrets on my end..
