Random thought, Been living here since 2017. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 4,165, Pipestone is a small town. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? Thanks in advance!
