Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 4,640, Pittsboro is a small town. You can expect to pay around $993 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Pittsboro sits at 596.5 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Thoughts? The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
