Affordable areas near Pittsburg?

I work in energy and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Came here for family and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor recreation is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
